Our training modules are developed to align with Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) standards and focus on building practical skills, professional growth, and a strong understanding of ethical caregiving practices. In-Service Training

Additionally 8 hours of In-Service Training is required to remain in compliance with APD. We will complete these training sessions via webinars and Train FL. This is to be done Quarterly (July, October, January and April). Management will do quarterly checks and send reminders at the beginning of each new quarter to ensure compliance.
