We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend your scheduled shift due to illness, an emergency, or another valid reason, please follow the call-out procedure below to ensure proper coverage and communication.
Step 1: Notify management as soon as possible, ideally at least 2 hours before your scheduled shift. Make a post in Webex.
Step 2: Submit the official Call-Out Form with accurate information.
Step 3: If it’s urgent or after hours, send a message via Webex and notify both Caitlyn & Alexis.
Call-outs must be documented using the form.
You are responsible for making a reasonable effort to notify your direct supervisor.
Repeat or last-minute call-outs may require documentation or HR review.
