Upcoming Mandatory APD iConnect Trainings

Please be advised that the following APD iConnect Supplemental Trainings are mandatory for all applicable staff. These sessions are essential to ensure compliance and readiness for ID PASS and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) protocols.

Training Schedule

1. APD iConnect: Supplemental Training for ID PASS
Date: August 26, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (2 hours)

2. APD iConnect: Supplemental Training for Personal Supports / Respite / HHCS Providers (EVV)
Date: August 28, 2025
Time: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM (4 hours)

3. APD iConnect: Supplemental Training for EVV Managers
Date: September 4, 2025
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (4 hours)

4. APD iConnect: Supplemental Training for Life Skills Development
Date: September 17, 2025
Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (3 hours)

• Pre-requisites Required:
  You must complete the following courses prior to attending these supplemental trainings:

  • APD iConnect – Basics

  • APD iConnect – Roles, Permissions, Security, and Multifactor Authentication

  • APD iConnect – Overview of the Consumer Central Record

• In-Service Credit:
  These supplemental trainings do not count toward your required in-service training hours.

• Registration Instructions:
  Register through Train Florida and access the sessions via GoToWebinar (linked within Train upon registration).
