We encourage open and regular communication! You can reach staff directly by phone or text during shifts. For non-urgent matters, you can email or call our office during business hours, and we’ll make sure your message gets to the right person promptly.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a scheduled visit. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find coverage to meet your loved one’s needs.
If a staff member needs to call out or change a shift, they are required to notify us at least 2 hours in advance. We strive to provide timely updates to families if any schedule changes occur, so you’re always informed. We do our best to find a PRN (on-call) staff member to cover the shift, but sometimes we may not be able to secure coverage immediately. We will keep you informed and work diligently to minimize any disruption.
