Webb's Health and Home Care LLC is a licensed and Medicaid-enrolled Home Health Agency committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care to individuals with developmental disabilities. As a proud provider within the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) framework, we support clients in maintaining independence, improving quality of life, and achieving personal goals within their homes and communities.
Our services are designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including but not limited to autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spina bifida, and Prader-Willi syndrome. We work collaboratively with families, caregivers, Support Coordinators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and adherence to each individual’s support plan and behavioral goals
